Hanging Pot Racks

This Pot rack was on sale when I purchased it, and I am very happy with the look and size of this item. It now does what a pot rack shuold, but I had to modify it a bit to get it to work properly. I hung less than half of the maximum weight initially with less than satisfactory results. First, you need to use a set of channel locks or a vise grip with a towel to tighten the screws with the decorative ends that hold the frame together. If you hand tighten these, it will sag on the wall when you hang it. Second, the pot rack comes with three pitiful screws and wall anchors. The directions state that with these you can hang no more than 30 lbs. It has only one screw in the top, and even though the rack was held in place, it would bend at the top pulling away from the wall. I drilled two more holes in the top bracket and used better screws and anchors than what were originally provided. Now I have no problems!
